These are the only shoes/oxfords I have found that I can wear for an entire work day and not come home to my feet and arches screaming at me. The cushion is good, arch is not too high as to cause discomfort and after broken in they feel better than any other work show. Also, they last forever, very good quality materials and stitching. I had these shoes 3 pairs now and all wear out before breaking.
