Shipping Policy
Boutiquefeel ships orders to our customers all around the world every day. This includes shoppers in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
To ensure we can efficiently deliver your order from our doors to yours to the best of our ability, our company works with the trusted carriers DHL, EMS, FedEx, TNT and UPS.
Please keep in mind that, because we are shipping internationally, delivery schedules are estimates. One your order is placed, a 3-5 day handling time is typical. This describes the period during which our suppliers prepare your order. Once the order ships, you should expect to receive the order within the following time frames.
Standard shipping: 15-30 days
Express shipping: 7-14 days
If a product you ordered does not arrive after 30 days, we ask that you contact our customer support team by sending a message to support@chicme.com with your registered email address. At this time you may decide if you would like us to re-ship the product, or simply refund your money.
